We saw Travellers and Magicians last night. Four enthusiastic thumbs up. If you get a chance to see this, go.

We're off to the Shambhala Meditation Center this morning. Although STK and I are both proficient meditators, we're looking for a bit of guided meditation.

Raising Helen may be on the agenda for an afternoon matinee. While we love independent and foreign films, we also enjoy traditional holiday fare. We'll catch Harry Potter and the Prisoner and Azkaban, my favorite of the HP books to date, at a late night showing on Monday or Tuesday. Late night shows = less mewling kids. Gotta love the fact that we're both teachers and can spend the summer months staying out late.

Robert Jensen is speaking at the Breakdown Book Collective, tomorrow night. We'll probably check out the PantsOnFire mobile on Tuesday night.

Summer is off to a great start.
