My I have some lime pork skin, cattle bones, and cattle hide product, please?

How many people know what's REALLY in Jello? This always comes up around the holidays when I have to explain that, as a vegetarian, I don't eat Jello. Actually, I didn't like Jello before I decided to avoid meat. There's something about it that just never worked for me.
