Soundtrack of My Life

Inspired by the passing of Johnny Cash, the Man in Black, a local radio talk show host asked listeners to reflect on the music that shaped their lives. While I didn't call in, I did create a list in my head. Keep in mind, this isn't a list of the all-time greatest Rock and Roll bands. Instead, this is a list of the bands that caught my attention. Some of them made me think, while others were consumed for pure enjoyment. Regardless, these twelve bands comprise the soundtrack of my life.

The Beatles
Yes
Boston
The Steve Miller Band
Sarah McLachlan
Curve
Sleater-Kinney
Siouxsie and the Banshees
theStart
The Sex Pistols
The Muffs
The Cardigans

Picking the actual songs would be a much trickier task. Maybe later.
