Aren't we supposed to be restoring "order" in Iraq? How does killing a rare Bengal tiger fit into The Pentagon's mission?

Seriously, why are U.S. troops partying at the Baghdad zoo? This entire Iraq situation keeps getting more and more ridiculous. My tax dollars just contributed to the killing of an endangered species. Terrific.
